Here is what Jesal is asking of anyone who wants to participate. "I require attendees to contact me ASAP so that we can discuss what they want to do in Banff and make bookings. I also need attendees to contact me to confirm their Calgary accommodations (either in my home or elsewhere. I can make arrangements with neighbours, friends or we can find local hotels.”

Here’s the itinerary:

Contact me directly to confirm your Calgary stay (403-615-5996). If there are many people some could find a local hotel, or camp in the yard, or stay in my neighbours RV etc.

Our day in Banff should to be pre-planned by having a conversation with those who are coming on this trip to see which attractions folks want to prioritize. Tickets for some attractions come with specific time slots, so that will then inform the planning for the rest of the day. Lunch and dinner locations TBD, there are plenty of great options. Back to Jesal’s house in Calgary for the night.
